All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase (for card payments)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require payment upon delivery
• Bank transfers must be completed within 48 hours of order placement
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

• Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
• Delivery within Pakistan only
• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of AUS Fragrances and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AUS Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
